Across the 12 weeks we will cover:
Week 1 – The power of understanding the world of Energy
This week,I will introduce you to the wonderful world of energy, explore the chakras and show you some techniques and rituals in the Energy Alignment Method (EAM) and Tantra to release tension in your mind and body
Week 2 – Who are you?
This week we learn to REALLY listen to our thoughts and connect to our inner selves so we can understand who we really are. We remove the armour, strip back to the person you really are and say hello to the real you.
Week 3 – Aligning our energy and understanding masculine and feminine energy
Understanding both sides and how we can tap into both sides of these beautiful energies to stand in our power and feel radiant through every cell of our being
Week 4 – Accepting YOU
This week, we delve into the areas of you that you run away from and understand why, we will reprogram our mind to letting these go and start the journey of accepting who we are right now, in this minute
Week 5 – Lets look at time for YOU
We all have more time then ever, how is this feeling for you and are you still making excuses for not doing the things you love, you will learn how to slow down time and love yourself enough so you can do more for YOU without feeling guilty
Week 6 – The power of the pussy
you will learn why connection to this area of your body is so powerful and I will teach you some amazing energy techniques to connect and awaken this wonderful source of life and release any trauma or tension that is stopping you for feeling truly connected and fulfilled
Week 7 – What does your heart truly desire
This week we look inward and explore our greatest desires, maybe things that we have never shared, our wild woman side that maybe surrounded by shame or fear, we set that free so you can manifest more of what we love in our lives (even if it's for the future and not whilst in lockdown!)
Week 8 – Awaken and learn to love your Body
This week it’s all about body confidence and empowering you to love your body and fall in love with yourself, just as you are
Week 9 – Surrender to receiving pleasure
We will open your heart to receiving love and touch and explore ways to awaken and Enliven your body to make you feel a new sense of inner beauty and calm.
Week 10 – Loving others from a place of love
Our relationships have evolved, especially as the world around us is too. In this week, ,we will explore our relationships and understand the dynamics and roles we play within them so we can deepen the connections to those around us.
Week 11 – Connecting to others through sensual touch
- We will explore tantra techniques to enhance your relationships through heart felt and sensual touch leaving you completely present in any given moment and creating beautiful connections to our loved ones.
Week 12 – Living a life of a true goddess - How do we carry on growing in a world where we are awakened and full of love, we will discuss daily rituals and practices to keep you in flow
