So what is a rebirth retreat?


The cycle of birth, death and rebirth is happening around us all the time in nature, in the way we relate, as we shed parts of ourselves and come back to what's important.


In my journey,  I have been through many initiations of death and rebirth, letting go of parts of me that don't serve me and being 'reborn' into the person that I really am - a remembering of why I am here and what I came here for.


In life, so much conditioning is place upon us, so many ways of being we adopt that are not our truth and this retreat is all about coming back ,To your soul, to the essence of YOU.


We will be exploring your relationship with yourself now, connecting to the parts that no longer serve you and are in the way of you connecting to more of life, to more pleasure, to more joy and to the life you truly desire in this world.


It's an embodied experience and ALL of you is welcome as we connect, dearmour and surrender into EVERYTHING is that is waiting to be expressed.

Meet The Facilitator - Kerry O'Sullivan


I'm Kerry O'Sullivan and I've been working with thousands of women over the last six years to deeply connect them to their truth and the true essence of the person they are here on this planet to be.


I am no stranger to the death and rebirth process and in the last 7 years, I have gone through many cycles of this and it's a journey I have grown to love.


I am so excited to be bringing this to a three day retreat because I know how important it is to be held, seen and acknowledged in this process and to be surrounded by other beautiful souls that get it too.


When you journey in a held portal, it gives you permission to go to the places, you may not gone to alone, to be held in your full expression so you can truly let go and remember the person you are on this planet to be.
